What are mochi donuts?
Mochi donuts are made out of sticky rice flour, eggs, butter, milk, yogurt and other ingredients to make deliciously chewy, baked cake donuts. "Mochi mochi" is a Japanese term used to describe the unique, bouncy and springy texture that sticky rice can give. Because they are made with rice, mochi donuts are gluten-free! If you haven't tried a mochi donut before, you are in for a treat!
